What impressed me most was how genuinely cared for I felt throughout the entire experience. The staff are warm, professional, and attentive without being overly formal, which adds to the comforting, personal vibe. The facial itself was excellent. Every step was thoughtful and tailored to my skin’s needs. My skin felt incredibly refreshed, balanced, and nourished — not just pampered, but truly improved.<br><br>Highly recommend! Hair spa at Willow ORGANIC’s was so. Nice. Why travel to the city when this is at our fingertips? Professional and relaxing included a facial and a small massage. The best Amanda. Shannon and Sylvia creating a wonderful experience in downtown Haliburton. Great Christmas present

I was gifted a head spa treatment for Christmas and I must say, best Christmas gift ever! This was my first time into the spa and it is stunning! Such a luxurious yet homey feel. The ladies were so welcoming and friendly. The treatment was beyond my expectations! I have never felt so relaxed. Patti was the one who performed my service, she brought such a calming energy to the room, explained her process to me throughly and made the experience so comforting. I Highly recommend trying this out, I cannot wait to return!

I was so excited to see WOL offered a Head spa treatment so of course booked it. I feel spoilt, so relaxing, the experience was far more than I was expecting not only did I have a scalp and hair extravaganza a mini facial and arm and foot massage was also included. So relaxing I fell asleep… I highly recommend WOL the venue the women who work there are all amazing.
